Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple:
- Since we charge at the end of the month based on the the services you have consumed, you can ask us not to charge you at the end of the month if you are not satisfied or happy with any of our services. You can make the request any day before the end of the month by sending an email to [email protected].
- If you don't request to be not charged before the end of the month, all the services you have consumed will be charged, and once charged, they are non-refundable.
